TEHRAN Central Bank of Iran (CBI) Public Relations Department, in a bulletin issued here Sunday said that the Iran's foreign debt stands at $7.9 billion.

It added that one of the presidential candidates, while campaigning on TV, had put the country's foreign debt at $60 billion. CBI added that the figure is totally baseless.
